Design, approval, and complete implementation of a master plan for the old airport site. This included land subdivision, infrastructure development (roads, sidewalks, and lighting), and land distribution. The project was followed by a marketing and sales campaign for the newly developed land parcels. This project was carried out between 2000 and 2001.
